Tydro, the whitelabel Aave v3-based lending protocol built for Ink network, has adopted Hypernative's Transaction Guard to inspect and block malicious transactions on its Safe multisig wallets before they execute.
Tydro launched in October 2025 as Ink's native lending market, adapting Aave's v3 codebase for Kraken's flagship Bitcoin DeFi product, kBTC, with integrations across protocols including Maple Finance, Ethena, and EtherFi. Hypernative has provided real-time monitoring for Tydro's onchain activity since early 2026, as part of a broader ecosystem relationship with Ink. Tydro is now adding Transaction Guard, Hypernative's pre-execution security layer for Safe multisigs.
Tydro users expect institutional-grade security, and that means protecting every layer, not just the smart contracts. Most of the biggest DeFi losses this past year traced back to compromised keys rather than contract bugs: a legitimate-looking transaction that gets signed and executed anyway. Transaction Guard lets Tydro’s signers block a transaction at the moment it would execute, even after it's fully signed, so a single bad signature doesn't put user funds at risk.

The integration covers Tydro's Safe wallets across Ink. Transaction Guard integrates directly into the upgrade and payload creation flow, decoding each payload programmatically and enforcing custom whitelists before a transaction is ever put in front of a signer, on top of out-of-the-box phishing, sanctions, and OFAC detections. If something still reaches execution that breaks policy, the guard reverts it, regardless of how many valid signatures it has already collected.
Most of the exploits we're watching right now don't start with a broken contract, they start with a transaction that should never have been signed. Guarding that moment, not just the moments before it, is what lets a team like Tydro run a multisig with non-technical signers without carrying that risk indefinitely.
