The protocol is adding continuous monitoring and automated mitigation to safeguard a stablecoin built on programmatic yield allocation.
Cap is adopting Hypernative's real-time onchain risk monitoring and automated response platform to secure the first stablecoin protocol that outsources yield generation in a programmatically and fully covered manner.
Cap is a covered credit application built on the Ethereum blockchain. The application consists of a digital dollar (cUSD), a credit platform, and a financial guarantee market to underwrite individual loans. The digital dollar is backed by dollar assets, such as regulated money market funds and payment stablecoins. These reserve assets are lent to institutions to generate yield for depositors. All borrowers must secure their loans via Cap’s financial guarantee market. Because this model depends on continuous onchain execution and external protocol exposure, Cap is deploying Hypernative to monitor risk in real time and automate response across its contracts, treasury flows, and yield integrations.
Cap is designed around the idea that financial guarantees should come from verifiable systems, not discretion. As the protocol coordinates capital across multiple strategies and counterparties, real-time visibility into onchain risk becomes part of that guarantee. Hypernative gives us a way to continuously observe and respond to risk at the protocol level, without introducing manual intervention or trust assumptions.

Through the Hypernative Platform, Cap will gain a full-spectrum risk management and security framework designed for institutional-grade asset management. The integration equips Cap with proactive monitoring, advanced alerts, compliance-ready workflows, and expert support to secure its treasury operations and investment strategies across multiple chains. Key capabilities include:
Hypernative Platform uses battle-tested, sophisticated machine learning models, heuristics, simulations, and graph-based detections to identify threats with high accuracy and give customers precious minutes to respond before exploits can do damage. The system monitors security, technical, financial, governance and other risks. Hypernative Platform detected 99.5% of hacks last year with less than 0.001% false positive rate and saved $2B of funds to date.
Cap joins over 250 Web3 projects that rely on Hypernative’s real-time enterprise-grade platform that monitors over $100B worth of digital assets across more than 70 chains. The list includes Circle, Chainlink, Ethena, Galaxy, and Morpho.
Protocols like Cap are pushing stablecoins and yield coordination toward a more systematized, market-driven model. As those systems grow more interconnected, real-time monitoring stops being a security feature and starts becoming part of the protocol’s operating assumptions.
